Where is your office? +

We are located in SE Portland, near Mount Tabor. You can view us on a map here. Once you’ve booked your appointment, we’ll send you an email with the address and directions.

Is there parking at your office? +

The onsite parking lot is for employees only. There is free street parking in the surrounding neighborhood. We are also conveniently located near bus lines 15 and 71.

Is your office wheelchair accessible? +

Yes! Our building is a former hospital and is equipped with a spacious elevator, wide door frames, and a large wheelchair-friendly bathroom.

Do you accept walk-ins? +

Our services are by appointment only. Booking online requires 48 hours notice. To inquire about next- or same-day availability, please contact us at

Should I leave a tip? +

Tipping is not required or expected for any of our services. If you’d like to send an extra-special ‘thank you’, consider referring a friend or leaving a review on Google or Yelp!

Do you accept health insurance? +

We do not currently accept health insurance; however, we are happy to provide documentation for insurance reimbursement, Health Savings Accounts, etc.

Do you offer discounted sessions? +

We offer a limited number of sliding scale sessions per month based on need. We won’t ask for proof of income, but we would like to have an honest conversation about your financial circumstances. To inquire, please contact us at or set up a phone consultation

I’m sick/injured - should I come in for my session? +

If you’re coming down with something, receiving bodywork can make your condition worse. It also puts your therapist at risk of illness. If you think you might be sick, please reschedule your session. If you have experienced a minor accident or injury, please wait 1 week before scheduling a session. If you have experienced a serious injury within the past 3 months, please obtain a referral from your doctor.
