Payment

We accept cash or credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AmEx). Tipping is not required or expected.


Cancellation

Once your session has been confirmed via e-mail, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please do your best to keep your appointment once it has been scheduled. If you arrive late for your appointment, the appointment will end at the originally scheduled time. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must provide 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee.


BOundaries

Boundaries are crucial for developing trust between client & practitioner, creating a safe space for the work to take place, and maintaining a healthy therapeutic relationship. Your practitioner is happy to adjust pressure, temperature, music, volume, etc. for your comfort. You are free to be covered with as much clothing or draping as you prefer, refuse any procedures, or stop the session at any time. Please keep your practitioner informed of your needs. Our work can be affectionate or sensual by nature, but it is not sexual. We acknowledge that sex is a natural part of life and we are glad to discuss your sexual health as it pertains to your overall health; however, sexual or romantic advances of any kind toward your practitioner are never appropriate and will result in immediate dismissal without a refund.


Scope of Practice

Each service provider has a unique set of skills and experience. Please refer to your provider’s bio for details about education and licensing. Rolfers™, licensed massage therapists, and life coaches are not doctors or counselors and do not diagnose or prescribe for medical conditions. Our services are not intended to replace medical or psychological care. Your provider may refer you to a medical doctor or licensed counselor if your needs are outside the provider’s scope of practice. Please talk to your doctor or counselor about any complementary services you are interested in. It is your responsibility to keep your provider informed of your health history, any current medical treatments, and any changes in your health condition.
